Before hiring us, you’ll need to have agreed architectural plans in place. These drawings are essential, and we are exacting: The more detail-oriented and particular the project’s demands are, the better.

We most enjoy working on full-scale building and construction projects. However, we are also available to work on smaller projects such as individual bathroom renovations. If you are unsure, get in touch, we are always interested in quoting for a project.

We will follow your drawings to the letter – but that doesn’t mean we’ll do it blindly. Sometimes, the architectural drawings will be inaccurate and, for large projects, some mistakes will inevitably be made. 

We will advise if we find something that doesn’t look right before we install it. And if you see an error in the plans once the project is already underway, don’t hesitate to tell us—we can go back with you to the drawing board.

Once we’ve received your architect’s plans, we’ll survey the building and see if anything else needs work, costing that into the budget. Once we fully cost a project, we will stick to our price even if there are fluctuations in material costs.

If you change your mind and the scope of the project changes, the costs may change; however, we will do our best to cost the project fully and accurately at the start to give you security that the only thing we’ll exceed are your expectations.
