Renovation of Period Detached House

Our clients were looking to modernise their home. This detached property had plenty of potential for modernisation with works such as retrofitting air conditioning, new radiators throughout, the addition of two ensuites and a refurbishment of the main bathroom.

Demolition works were required throughout the property to fit the clients specification, most notably on the ground floor with wall removals and layout changes. Adjustments to the dining room and modifications to the existing door frames were carried out to accommodate the new aluminium interior doors, creating an overall more open space for the clients.

All works excluding the joinery were completed by our team at MartinK Construction.
